The helmet shell is molded from Kevlar or PE fiber fabric combined with a special adhesive under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions. Both the inner and outer surfaces are coated with a matte layer, featuring light weight, water resistance, temperature resistance, magnetic resistance, UV aging resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance. According to user requirements, it can be sprayed in various colors such as military green, black, desert yellow, and UN blue. Moreover, matte treatment is applied to avoid light reflection, ensuring uniform coating and firm adhesion to the helmet shell. The rubber strip on the edge of the helmet is integrally formed, which prevents the rubber strip from falling off easily.
