The Perimeter Verification Device is a portable tool designed to assist frontline personnel in verifying the identity of targets prior to forced entry, assessing the number of associates associated with the target, and implementing surveillance and control measures at key locations. It provides grassroots law enforcement agencies with a broader range of investigative tools. When a case arises, the device can be used to first obtain the target’s precise location through relevant authorities and retrieve the target’s mobile phone IMSI number. Once the device is powered on and the target’s IMSI is entered into its black- or white-list function, proximity-based verification can be conducted by analyzing the strength of the signal received from the target; furthermore, by examining the relative signal strengths as the device is brought closer to the target, the number of associates can be estimated.
The backend management platform enables real-time tracking of the location of every device in the system and continuous monitoring of their operational status; in the event of a front-end device malfunction, it can remotely lock the device. The system supports unattended operation, allowing real-time viewing of surveillance locations and code-reading status via the backend. It also allows for device authorization, enabling the push of blacklist-based big-data detection and positioning information to devices. Leveraging the data center, the platform conducts precise location analysis of code-reading zones, supports big-data traceability and export, and offers multiple data-analysis modes, including collision analysis and companion analysis.
