This product adopts hot pressing sintering technology, which can be made into blocks of different sizes such as squares, hexagons, triangles, etc. according to needs, and spliced into bulletproof boards. It can also be directly made into large-sized curved or flat whole boards. Hot pressed B4C ceramics have an extremely high density (close to 100%) and a Vickers hardness typically of 3100HV, making them a very high-quality bulletproof material.

The product can be made into flat and curved surfaces, with a customizable size range of 10-500mm and a customizable thickness range of 0.2-80mm.

Compared to several bulletproof ceramics widely used in protective equipment, boron carbide (B4C) ceramic has the highest hardness and lowest density, making it the most ideal armor ceramic material in terms of performance.
